Breast feeding advantages.

Breast milk is usually available to use at the right temperature. Because of its composition is best for baby's delicate digestive system, which will decrease the gas or cramping. Breast milk contains less sodium and protein, so that baby's kidneys will make fewer efforts, also low phosphorus which helps you to have a greater absorption of calcium. It is a natural laxative as there are no problems with constipation or diarrhea. Because the baby's mouth goes perfectly to the breast of the mother, have fewer dental problems than children that do not drink maternal milk.

The affective bond that breastfeeding creates between mother and baby allows a closer relationship to emotional development. The milk production help moms to loss weight gained during pregnancy. Do not use creams or ointments unless your doctor tells you to. Positions for breastfeeding.

4.-Lying position. Lying down, place the baby in front of you so you both have eye contact, preferably  do not wrap the baby so that he can still move his hands and be in contact with you, tightening the bond.

After feeding, hold the child upright and give him a gentle pat on his back until air is expelled.

Breast milk removal.
